Averon Marketing provides B2B lead generation and outbound marketing services. We help businesses identify and contact potential clients through cold email and LinkedIn outreach strategies.
3. User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when engaging with our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage our reputation or operations.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and strategies provided by Averon Marketing, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Averon Marketing or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
5. Payment and Refunds
Fees for our services are set forth in the specific agreement or proposal provided to you. Unless otherwise stated, all payments are due upon receipt of invoice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the terms of your specific service agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Averon Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use our services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict of law provisions and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Where the client is a business, the place of jurisdiction is Aurich, Germany. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which a consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
